VHCS Information for Parents

MANDATORY ORIENTATION PRESENTATION
ALL Parents/Guardians AND their student(s) are required to attend ONE of the orientation presentations:
- Monday, August 11th beginning promptly at 6 p.m.
You MUST attend the ENTIRE orientation presentation, then learning centers will be available for visits after.

School Supply List for Students
We have parents asking if there are other things they can give or donate to the school. If you are interested, you can check out our Amazon Wish List below! Purchases can be shipped directly to the school!
Required Paperwork
- VHCS Application (if not already completed) - NEW STUDENTS ONLY
- Complete the Google Form to update your contact information
- Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
- Records from previous school or homeschool (if applicable) OR records request for us to get the records
- Medical Forms (please fill out completely)
- Immunization Records/Exemptions
- Photo/Video Release Form (please provide a photo copy of each individual's driver's license or photo ID)
- Authorization for Student Pick Up
- Copies of any legal paperwork around custody arrangements, name changes of any kind, etc.

You MUST download the app in order to get IMPORTANT and TIME SENSITIVE notifications from the supervisors and administration team.

School Merchandise
ALL STUDENTS (NEW AND RETURNING) are REQUIRED to have a RED T-SHIRT for field trips, school outings, etc.
